Leadership

Jeremy Donovan is a Co-Director of Just Flow Electrical and a proud Kuku-Yalanji and Gumbaynggirr man. His career spans cultural leadership, social impact and business — from performing at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games to executive roles driving employment outcomes for First Nations peoples, including serving as CEO of GenerationOne. In 2024, Jeremy joined a First Nations trek to Everest Base Camp, where he played didgeridoo to support mental health fundraising.

At Just Flow Electrical, Jeremy focuses on partnerships, governance and community engagement. He champions safe, high-quality delivery, culturally respectful practice and pathways that create real opportunities for people across the communities we serve.
