JF Electrical played a key role in delivering a high-end, minimalist luxury home at 12 Alice St, Sans Souci. Throughout the knockdown and construction process, we maintained a high service standard by implementing a structured communication and quality assurance process.
Despite industry-wide material shortages, we successfully executed the project, incorporating state-of-the-art electrical features such as full home automation, sleek LED lighting design, a comprehensive CCTV security system, and an automated home sound system. The result was a record-breaking property in the area, blending innovative electrical solutions with contemporary design.
